Mushrooms in Coffee???

As the cool air takes over, fall continues to roll in, and life has gotten UBER lifey over here, I've noticed I haven't fully been myself. We're in the midst of selling our home, making arrangements for interim, manifesting our little slice of heaven, homeschooling, running a business, and all the things in between. Even allllll the good stress in the world can throw the body into a tailspin, so I started recognizing some things and knew I needed to make some changes.

The crash has been REAL mid day, my sleep has been nothing more than sub par if even existent, and I've started to notice some pretty intense irritability and bloating in my stomach.

Every day that goes by, more is expected out of us. We try to squeeze just one more task out of that hour. We exhaust ourselves juuuuust a little more. Rather than finding yourself on a giant never-ending hamster wheel with the jitters and sugar high, finding a better option that keeps you energized while also filling your nutritional love tank is a win win for me.

I LOVE loving on brands with a movement that makes the world a better place. Four Sigmatic is one of those companies and I'm currently wigging out over their website as I fall in love with them even more as I read about their founder and history.

I'll mention a few things here: they are rigorously tested by third parties, and purity is top priority to them. They even have a sauna in their office I love fun companies with a mission and movement! Tero, their founder, grew up in Finland on a family farm 13 generations old. He has a massive respect for Mother Nature, and you can see how that translates into their yummy coffees and hot cocoas.

There are loads of options, but I've included a picture of some of my current favorites in the comments section. One of these days I'll try all of them, but you'll find super fascinating ingredients like:

Organic Lion's Mane mushroom (your brain's BFF. It gives you a boost without the crash and and clean energy) or

Organic Rhodiola (a super adaptogen. It's great for when we need a little extra help in the productivity and creativity departments!), or

Organic Eleuthero (used for LOADS of purposes for hundreds of years and may support stamina, endurance, and overall wellbeing) or

Organic Cordyceps militaris mushroom (used by endurance athletes. Studies show that it supports energy and endurance. Don't worry, they don't use the kind found on caterpillars!

I could go on and on as I geek out over all these ingredients, but if you want to spice things up a bit, check them out!
